Shower Doors

Custom shower doors come in a wide variety of styles and designs. Rib Mountain Glass can help you configure the enclosure that both suits your bathroom needs and showcases your design tastes. Having a shower or bath enclosure installed can bring your bathroom up to date and give it a timeless, more spacious look.

Heavy Glass Frameless Shower Doors

Frameless custom heavy glass shower doors are the most popular style. They help create a more spacious feeing. They are also easier to keep clean than traditional framed models. Custom shower door hardware comes in a choice of finishes including chrome, brushed nickel, and oil rubbed bronze so you can match it to your faucets and bathroom cabinet handles. Rib Mountain Glass also offers custom shower doors in varying pattern glass as well as different methods of installation to best suit the configuration of your bathroom.

Sliding Shower Doors

Sliding or bypass shower doors are a common style and they take up the least amount of room.  There are three types: fully framed, semi-frameless, and the barn-door style. Rib Mountain Glass can help you determine which style will suit your needs and your budget.

Framed and Semi-Frameless Bypass shower doors are most commonly mounted on top of a bathtub. They take up the least amount of space and, because the doors slide open, are a good solution when space is at a premium.

Barn door style bypass doors are used when the heavy glass look is desired, but again, space is at a premium. This type of door has one fixed panel and one operable panel. There is very little framing, allowing for a clean look unobstructed by a lot of framing.

Framed & Semi-Frameless Hinged Door

Framed and Semi-Frameless hinged shower doors are most commonly used when a fiberglass shower module is present or there is not enough framing to support a heavy glass enclosure.
